ERPNext gives Zambian organizations a unified platform for inventory, sales, procurement, HR, CRM, and financial reporting. ZypherTech implements, customizes, hosts, and supports ERPNext—including our ZRA Smart Invoice (VSDC) connector that submits sales invoices through the ZypherTech bridge on document submit. Odoo and Dynamics NAV 2018 use the same bridge for organizations on those platforms.

Yes. We can deploy ERPNext on secure infrastructure with backups, updates, and monitoring as part of a managed hosting and support package.

Yes. Our zyphertech_zra_vsdc Frappe app posts submitted Sales Invoices to the ZypherTech VSDC bridge and stores the ZRA receipt number (rcptNo) on the invoice. Sandbox UAT and ZRA programme certification are part of go-live planning—we are an implementation partner, not ZRA.

Yes. We support phased migration from spreadsheets and common accounting tools, including parallel running during transition.
